You can also make them with ground lamb. Ingredients and alternatives Ground Meat – For my recipe I used a meat mixture of ground beef and ground lamb which I believe is what most people use. However you can make this with just ground beef as well. If you’re someone who doesn’t eat red meat then you can make a chicken version too.
